qrapid.app provides information about the QRapid platform and hosts public demo AI agents.

3. Terms of Use

1. Acceptable Use – You must not
   • submit unlawful, defamatory or confidential content;
   • introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access;
   • misuse the public demo agents (e.g. bulk or automated queries).
2. Demo Agents Disclaimer – Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate. Each demo carries its own privacy statement governing any data you enter.
3. Intellectual Property – All website content is owned by QRapid or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution requires prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability – QRapid shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of this website or the demo agents, except where liability cannot be excluded under Spanish law.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
